If we can’t resolve an issue remotely, we’ll dispatch a technician to your address no later than the next business day. We strive to resolve issues the same day if possible!
Worry Free Equipment Replacement
If your equipment fails or is operating below standards, we’ll replace it at no charge to you, no later than the next business day.

Tech Home Products
Mi-Fiber has partnered with SecurityCoverage to offer a complete solution for your computer security, maintenance, and support needs. Tech Home makes technology easy. Secure your desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone to guard against viruses or hacking, and protect yourself from theft with features to find, locate, lock and wipe your device.
Additional Wi-Fi Access Points
Depending on the size and layout of your home, you may need to add additional Wi-Fi access points to maintain connectivity throughout the space. These can be added for $9.95 per access point per month.
Mi-Fiber is currently waiving all installation fees! Normally there is a flat $100 installation charge.
We give our customers the option to use our equipment or to use their own. While trouble shooting is much more difficult when a customer is not using our equipment, we understand why some may prefer this option.
If you choose to rent our equipment for $9.95 per month, we will provide and maintain a router, access point, and static IP address. If you choose to use your own equipment you will need to provide your own router and wifi equipment. Mi-Fiber will provide a static IP and maintain our equipment at the property for $4.95 per month.
Service Call Rates
If a customer is using their own router and wifi equipment, service will only be checked up to the demarcation point. The demarcation point is the point at which the service is handed off to the customer owned equipment. If the issue is on the customer side, a trip charge will be billed and current labor rates will be charged for the time the technician is working on the issue.
Labor rates are as follows:
Standard labor rate: $90/hour
- Applies during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM).
- Billing is in 30 minute increments. Charges will be incurred when additional devices or equipment is installed and/or when trouble call issues are determined to be on the customer’s side of the service.
Standard trip charge: $40/trip
- Billed when, upon the customer’s request, additional equipment is installed and/or when trouble call issues are determined to be on the customer’s side of the device.
After hours labor rate: $250/hour
- Applies after regular business hours (Monday-Friday 5PM-8AM and all day Saturday).
Sunday/Holiday labor rate: $350/hour
- Applies all day on Sunday or during holidays that are observed by Mi-Fiber.
