Thanks for joining our Mi-Fiberhood!

We’re super excited to get you hooked up with blazing-fast internet! Keep an eye on your inbox because we’ll be sending you some important documents to sign electronically. This will include your service agreement, detailing all the sweet options you’ve picked, and a drop permit so we can swing by and work our magic on your property. Once you’ve sent those back, we’ll give you a shout to sort out your first month’s payment, arrange any necessary site surveys, and lock in the perfect date and time for your installation.

Got questions? No worries! Just stop by our contact page to reach out or give us a ring at 515-850-0500. Welcome to the Mi-Fiberhood, where the internet is as fast as your imagination!

Don’t forget to join the fun on Facebook at facebook.com/mi-fiber.
