To make a call using Aureon Connect Voice Service, the phone must have a power source and an active Internet connection. If you are experiencing a power outage or an Internet outage, you will not be able to complete a call. This includes emergency 911 calls. Backup power supplies are available for purchase.

When an emergency call is made from an Aureon Connect Voice Service phone, the address on record will be provided to the emergency personnel. If the phone is moved to a new address, call 515-850-0500 and request that the address be updated in the Aureon Connect Voice Service system. The address information must be updated for the calls to be routed to the appropriate emergency services personnel.

Taxes, fees and one-time charges will apply. Some restrictions may apply.

Installation Fees

The installation fee for Aureon Connect Voice Service is $100.00. However, if you get voice service installed the same day as Mi-Fiber internet service, the voice service installation fee is discounted to $70.00. In addition to the installation fee, there is also a one-time equipment charge required in order to get service. Please reach out to Mi-Fiber for more information at info@mi-fiber.net.

Service Call Procedures and Rates

If a customer is using their own router and Wi-Fi equipment, service will only be checked up to Mi-Fiber owned and maintained equipment. If an issue is on the customer’s side of the service, a trip charge will apply and current labor rates will be charged for the time the technician is working on the issue.
